- Rogaine (minoxidil)
This is a safe hair-treatment foam you can buy from a pharmacy without a prescription. All you have to do is slather the treatment on your face, then let it sit there for about 4 hours. Repeat this twice a day to stimulate your follicles!
Biotin helps hair grow thicker and healthier. Many women use it to strengthen their hair, but it can be used to help with beards as well!
- Get enough sleep
If you’re not sleeping enough, your body is not getting enough time to recuperate and regenerate cells, which include hair! Sleeping about 8 hours a night will give your body and hair plenty of time to grow.
- Keep skin and facial hair clean and moisturized
